Sumith Ramachandran’s Plan B

With close to 60 years of consolidated experience of being in the business of music between the band members, yet just a few months young, Sumith Ramachandran’s Plan B is a much improved and more importantly, original material-inclined band, boasting of a JazzPop and CountryRock repertoire.

Plan B performs a host of brand new originals comprising Smoke You Out, Hourglassed, Purple, Unladylike, I Must Fly, as well as older favourites like Matters Not and Fragile Intention. Butterfly, an earlier composition, received a 4-star rating from Rolling Stone (India) magazine.

Sumith Ramachandran, Indian Brand Ambassador for the French-Canadian Godin Guitars, has often been labelled a monster guitarist. In the new-look Plan B V2.1, Sumith brings his compositions to the fore. Sumith performed at the Java Jazz Fest 2009 and is a part of one of India’s leading classic rock bands – Hip Pocket.
