Refund Policy

Refunds: All event ticket purchases are non-refundable except for when event is cancelled by Littlei / Littlei Media.

In the case of cancellation to initiate a refund, the customer can contact us at varun@littlei.in.

Refund can only be initiated within 48 hours from the time of cancellation. Refund Policy is available only to users within India. Under normal situations, the refund shall be processed within 14 working days.

Tickets purchased are subject to a per ticket non-refundable handling fee and a non-refundable per order processing fee.

Littlei may, at its sole discretion, reject requests for availing Refunds from users requesting serial or repeated refunds, or Users who have violated or are suspected of violation of the Terms of Use, Disclaimer Policy or any other terms and conditions of use of the Website. This Refund Policy is a part of and incorporated within, the Terms of Use. As a condition of registering with Skillboxes.com and using the services offered through this Website, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

Complaints sent to us must clearly indicate your name, contact details, the kind of information in relation to which the complaint is being filed and the grievance with respect to the information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
